The 1991 film adaptation of “The Addams Family” was shot in Southern California. The primary location was of course the house, which was a set built for the film. A facade was built atop a hill in Toluca Lake, although the exact location is unknown. Additional sets were filmed at Sunset Las Palmas Studios, known then as the Hollywood Center Studios, which is likewise where the 1960s television series shot.
