While set in Louisville, Kentucky, the 1985 horror film “The Return of the Living Dead” was actually filmed around Los Angeles, California. The exterior of the Uneeda Medical Supply building, where most of the film takes place, can be found in Lincoln Heights. The interiors were filmed in a warehouse in Burbank.
