Larry Clark’s overlooked 2001 masterpiece “Bully” shot mostly in the suburban towns of Pembroke Pines and Hollywood, Florida. The film is based on true events, using the real neighborhoods (but not the actual locations) where the tragic events unfolded as a backdrop. These areas are relatively small and most of the filming locations are actually within minutes of each other.
