The 2005 Larry Clark film “Wassup Rockers” was shot around Los Angeles, California. Much of the film takes place in South Central, where the characters live. Early in the film, a man is gunned down next to this building. In a later scene, the boys stop at the location and pay their respects, where a vigil has been set up. The building seen across the street in the background has since been demolished.
